It's an ok hotel but the staff needs to know English because communication was difficult.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, obwohl wir 15 Minuten warten mussten, um das Zimmer vorzubereiten. Der Pool hat mir sehr gut gefallen, aber was mir nicht gefiel, war das Zimmer, die Möbel müssten erneuert werden. Auch der Reinigungsservice war nett, aber ich kann die Staubflecken sehen, nachdem sie die Gegenstände gereinigt haben. Was ich hasse, ist, dass einer der Mitarbeiter mit uns flirtete und uns über die Instagram-App folgen und mit uns reden wollte.
Leider ist ihr Englisch so schlecht. Denken Sie also daran, Ihr Google-Übersetzer dabei zu haben, um mit ihnen zu sprechen, und stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie einen guten Service haben, da es in den Zimmern keinen guten Service gibt.
Ich muss sagen, dass der Rezeptionist, Mustafa, ein so toller Mensch ist und uns sehr geholfen hat und auch Englisch spricht.
Insgesamt war das Hotel gut, aber nicht perfekt. Wenn Sie planen, sich zu bräunen und viel im Hotel zu bleiben, buchen Sie unbedingt ein gutes Hotel.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Mir hat alles gefallen - Service, Lage, Zimmer. Absolut preiswürdig. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die diesen Ort so gastfreundlich und ruhig gemacht haben.

The hotel is unfortunately not even worthy of a 1-star rating. The pools are empty, the spa feels eerie, and there’s no coffee or service at breakfast—it resembles a military canteen more than a hotel. No one speaks a word of English, the rooms are akin to jail cells, with old mattresses and beds so short that your legs stick out. The air conditioning hasn’t been cleaned in decades, and the hotel itself feels like a ghost town—you only see one person at the reception, and that’s about it. To top it off, it’s completely overpriced. We booked for six nights but left after just two. A refund was denied, and since no one spoke English, the hotel staff feigned ignorance. Around the hotel, most restaurants are tourist traps, which is really disappointing given how much Bodrum has declined in just one year. We used to visit every year, but the crisis is destroying the country because usually tourist traps are rare. Hoever the turks seem not to care about the next saison anymore.

The rooms were not as advertised and this place left me with a bad taste in my mouth as the customer service by the ocean was very poor. An example of this would be when we had ordered nachos which on the menu had stated that it came with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. What we received was minced meat on top of some nachos. When we asked if there was a possibility if we could have at least salsa, the server’s response was “oh its blended in there”. After I disagreed with her, she stated “oh thats just how we eat nachos in Turkey”. Breakfast staff were also rude.

I really liked this hotel but what I remember most is that they didn‘t put a water or food bowl for the stray cats which is so sad they were so hungry and thirsty. please give cats water and food! Lütfen kedilere su ve mama verin!!!🤍🐈

I returned to Vita Bella for the third time this April, and I will 100% be booking another trip next year. It really is a gem of a hotel, with comfortable rooms, a beach-front deck, delicious food and friendly staff. Bella Beach (the bar and restaurant on the deck), and the beautiful pool area are fantastic spots to sit and sunbathe and soak up the views over the bay. And I must mention the delicious food...my friends and I ate lunch on the Bella Beach deck every day! I will be counting down the days until I can get back out to Vita Bella.

We stayed at this small boutique hotel for three days during September 2022 and our experience was very good. Reception and checking in was fast and staff were very cooperative and helpful particularly the Front Office Manager. During our stay rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Beach and pool were clean with all needed facilities and services. Location is 15 minutes by taxi to Yalikavac Marina which makes it very convenient. Breakfast and food at this hotel is really great with a wide variety. Hotel restaurant at the beach front is excellent and highly recommended. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel which is also very nice to walk around at night. Would definitely come back to this place.

The hotel was above expectations in every aspect.. Amazing swimming area, pool and “bella beach” are stunning.. Service at the beach is excellent and the staff are very friendly.. Rooms are very clean with beautiful balcony and view. Breakfast has simple variety and lovely setting area
